Public Policy Aspects of Marriage

Jim is a trial judge with 28 years of experience on the bench. He has testified on marriage issues before the Judiciary Committee of Michigan Senate ad House Committees of the Michigan House of Representatives on marriage as public policy and the importance of marriage to the community.

Jim has also presented public policy speeches in Dalton, GA, Springfield, MO, Dayton, OH, Green Bay, WI, Morise, IL, Lansing, MI, and Adrian, MI, in addition to presenting policy materials at the plenary session of the annual Smart Marriage Conference. He has lectured before the Lenawee County, Michigan, Medical Society on the medical effects of marriage and divorce.
